Legend Boucles Bastogne 2025

Legend Boucles Bastogne 2025

After several editions that have enabled the event to find back its cruising speed, the Legend Boucles @ Bastogne will continue its momentum on Friday 31 January, Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 February 2025! The town centre of Bastogne and the Place McAuliffe will be abuzz with activity as soon as the technical and administrative scrutineering begins.

The cars, divided into the ‘Legend’, ‘Challenger’, ‘Classic 65’ and ‘Classic 50’ categories, will once again set out to conquer a course which will now include some good gravel sections from Saturday onwards, and an asphalt special to be run twice on Sunday. All in the name of a good mix.

The 2025 edition of the Legend Boucles @ Bastogne will see another important and unprecedented development: the ‘Youngtimers’ category, which included cars homologated between 1991 and 2000, will disappear. This means that from now on, these cars will be included in the ‘Legend’ category, with an age coefficient, of course, but with a real chance of shining in the overall classification. This decision echoes that of the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile concerning this type of car...

As for the ‘Tribute Battle of the Bulge’ category, which will feature a handful of... Jeep Willys, it's a fine tribute to Bastogne and its region. In the mind of the organising R.A.C. Spa, the Legend Boucles are much more than a motor sport event. The recent takeover of the organisation of the ‘Commemoration du Circuit des Ardennes’, the first race on a closed circuit organised in our country, is further proof of this.

In the meantime, another edition of the Legend Boucles @ Bastogne is underway, proving that the future is always on the move, even for an event reserved for the racing cars of the past...
