The upcoming Rally Monte-Carlo Historique 2026 will mark a turning point: it will be the first edition run on closed roads, in the regularity category, featuring classic cars full of glamour taking on a completely renewed sporting challenge.
This evolution brings the RMCH to a new level of sportiness and precision: closed roads, higher speeds, and driving that will demand the very best from both drivers and co-drivers. A true experience for those who wish to live the rally with passion and compete down to the last tenth of a second.
With this new stage, the Blunik technical team and its collaborators have prepared the most precise and useful reconnaissance materials so that all participants can make the most of the five days of competition.
We proudly present the team behind the RoadGuide RMCH 2026, much more than a simple paper road book: a complete guide to help you participate, compete, and enjoy Europe’s most glamorous regularity rally.
Gerard Massanas
A racing driver for 10 years, semi-professional cyclist and passionate motorsport enthusiast. Gerard is responsible for defining the speed notes adapted to regularity sport: carefully selected corners, asphalt descriptions, and key details to help driver and co-driver anticipate and maintain the ideal rhythm on each stage.
Aurelien Hamart
An expert in road-books for legendary rallies such as the Rally du Maroc Classique, with more than 65 events and over 20 years of experience. Aurelien brings precision in measurement and graphic layout, providing clear references and accurate tulips, even in snowy conditions. His mission: to help you “match the metres” and achieve those coveted 0.0 penalty points.
Esther Carreras
Director of Blunik, expert in rally regularity timing and co-driver trainer in open-road, closed-road, and off-road regularity. Esther leads and coordinates the entire team to deliver a complete, accurate, and genuinely useful RoadGuide for every sporting level of RMCH 2026.
What your RoadGuide RMCH 2026 includes
Printed road book
With exact references every 150 metres, easy to read and measured to the metre using the same device as the ACM: the Blunik ORG. Includes useful driving notes, designed both for expert drivers and for those with less experience on closed roads. The notes are inspired by speed rally systems but adapted to regularity sport, with targeted indications that allow for optimal control at relatively high speeds.
Each stage is described in detail so that driver and co-driver understand the type of road, asphalt, rhythm changes and terrain observations. The design is clear, polished, and professional, in A4 full-colour format, with precise reference marking and the choice of language (Spanish, French, or English).
Stage videos
Includes onboard videos of each stage from the driver’s view, to prepare ahead of the rally and learn the terrain. Also features extra audio information with AI-based multilingual translation and total distance data overlaid on screen (Blunik Screen II view). A perfect tool to study the stages and anticipate every corner before the real road.
GPX files
You’ll receive four GPX files with control points guiding you from the main starting cities (Barcelona, Reims, Milan, Oslo...) to the official rally start position in Valence. These files comply with the official intermediate waypoints as per the regulations, ensuring a correct and verified route for all participants.
